Updates on Regional Offices

We are pleased to announce two exciting developments as we expand our foothold to setup operations in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh city) and India (Hyderabad) by the 1st quarter of 2006, and are currently in the process of business registration, recruitment and sourcing for suitable office locations.
Our other regional offices are also doing well with expansion plans in the pipelines:
APP Malaysia
Ronnie Tan will be posted to Penang Office in February 2006 for a tentative period of 3 to 6 months and will be covering the semicon market in Penang. Joining Ronnie there is Steven Fung, a new Senior Sales Engineer coming on board on 13 February 2006. Steven was previously from Peak Semiconductor and will be taking care of the semicon / disk drive market in Penang.
APP Indonesia
APP Indonesia shifted to new office location in 2005 to a double storey office with additional space for expansion in the near future. We would also like to extend a warm welcome to Arga, the new Sales Engineer who came on board to assist Irwan in October 2005.
APP Philippines
A great year ahead for APP Philippines with plans to shift to a new office location in Aug-Oct 2006. A new sales engineer, Angelo Cipriano will be joining us in February 2006 and Edwin is in the process of looking for an administrative assistant.
APP Thailand
A strong expansion phase for our Thailand office currently, Thaweewat is actively recruiting 2 more sales engineers and an administrator/accountant before mid 2006. APP Thailand will also be shifting out of the present location to a bigger office with facility for service capability.
APP China
With the departure of Wu Xiao Guang in December 2005, APP management has decided to close the office in Shanghai. However, we are still keen in the China market and will look out for business opportunities in the future.
