Following the successful acquisition of IGC Polycold (USA) by Helix Technology Corporation (USA), APP Systems Services and Protec Systems Pte Ltd (existing distributor of IGC Polycold in South East Asia) have entered into an agreement whereby APP will acquire a 50% equity stake in Protec Systems. The agreement is effective as of 1 August 2005.

With this, both APP and Protec will cooperate in their efforts and resources to serve their customers more effectively, with the full range of Helix Technology’s products viz. CTI Cryogenics, Granville Phillips and Polycold Systems, in the region.

Our Jakarta sales office has reallocated from its previous location at Twink Center and has been operating at its new premises at Bintaro Trade Center from 22 August 2005.  The new Jakarta sales office address is at:
